Cover has stains and wear including a ripped out chunk on front (photo #2) Cover is completely detached from book (photo #4) Pages are yellowed and brittle. The 1st 15 pages have chipped edges (photo #6) Previously repaired weak binding - occasional pages are loose (last photo) I do my best to identify any flaws and describe book condition accurately.
